What is Picture Express?
Picture Express is a CD-ROM for Speech Language
Pathologists, containing over
600 pictures selected and organized for use in articulation and phonology
intervention. The picture inventory can be customized, updated, and supplemented.
What can Picture Express do?
Picture Express creates practical, professional picture materials
quickly and easily. Pictures are categorized according to phonemes, phonological
features, word length and vocabulary level. Picture Express provides stimulus
materials that target consonants, vowels, and consonant clusters in all word
positions. Pictures can be quickly sorted and printed in a variety of formats ready to use
in individual and group sessions and home programs. The Picture Express kit contains all
the materials you need to create your own:
- sets of black and white or color pictures
- articulation cards
- games
- "peel and press" labels and reusable
stickers
- worksheets with instructions
How does Picture Express compare to other resources?
Picture Express provides articulation cards equivalent to the
traditional files and decks, while eliminating the chores of storing, searching,
re-filing, and copying. It replaces sets of activity and picture sheets that cannot be
customized or updated. No other computer program offers comparable options for selecting
and printing pictures, or for modifying, updating or supplementing the picture inventory.

us a mailing address and we will be happy to send you another one.
|
| Q |
Do I have to pay
for the trial, or send it back when I’m finished? |
| A |
|

the trial is free and there’s no obligation to purchase or return the CD
once you’ve tried it.

| A |
|

| Q |
What happens when
the trial CD expires? |
| A |
|
The
program will stop working. A screen will open, thanking you for using
the program, with links to information if you have questions or wish to place
an order. You may uninstall the program to free up space on your hard
drive if you wish, but it’s not necessary and should not affect the
operation of your computer. |
| Q |
Can I install the
trial on more than one computer? |
| A |
|
Yes
– the trial can be installed on as many computers as you wish. |
| Q |
Do I need the
disk to run the program? |
| A |
|
No.
Once the trial is installed, you can set the disk aside or pass it
along to others to try. You
won’t need it unless you need to re-install it for some reason. |
| Q |
If I buy the kit,
do I also need to buy a license? |
| A |
|
No. The kit includes a license for one user. |
| Q |
How does site
licensing work? |
| A |
|
One
license covers one person or one computer.
A single user can install on as many computers as necessary, as long as
no one else uses it. Several
users sharing the program on one computer require a single license. Number of licenses required = number of computers or number of users,
whichever is less.
